One point is earned for every dollar (in local currency) spent during an eligible stay, including accommodation, food and beverage charges and in-room incidentals. GST is not included.

To redeem your points you need to log into your GC Rewards account. If you are having trouble redeeming points or logging in, please contact GC Rewards directly at gcrewards@grandchancellorhotels.com.

Points can only be earned and redeemed at our properties located in Australia and New Zealand. Properties in Singapore, Malaysia, and China are not a part of the GC Rewards programme. 

Due to the closure of the GC Rewards programme, all active points remain valid until October 31st, 2024. After this date, you will not be able to redeem them.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the 'Forgot Password' link. Please contact gcrewards@grandchancellorhotels.com to request your membership number or if you are having trouble logging in.

Unfortunately, as the GC Rewards programme is closing, we are no longer accepting new members. 

If your points are not added within 7 days of checkout, please submit a missing stay request in the GC Rewards portal or contact gcrewards@grandchancellorhotels.com. Points can be added for stays within six months of the request. Please note, missing stays must be submitted by June 30th, the final date to earn points.

Unfortunately, bookings made through third party websites do not qualify members for points. To be eligible for points members need to book directly with the hotel, phone, email or by booking through a corporate travel agent that doesn't use third-party websites. 

All reward redemptions require the full amount of points specified on the Reward Options page. Cash cannot currently be used to top up an account. 

Members have until June 30 2024, to earn points and until October 31 2024, to redeem them. After this date, the GC Rewards programme will officially close.

An open voucher is valid for a year and can be used at any Grand Chancellor Hotel in Australia or New Zealand. Open vouchers can also be gifted to friends or family. 

To redeem your open voucher, please contact GC Rewards at gcrewards@grandchancellorhotels.com. We will arrange the booking for you.

Yes, all redemptions issued by GC Rewards remain valid, even past the programme's closure date.
