Lot Fourteen is a business and technology precinct in North Terrace, on the Eastern end focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, research, education, culture and tourism. Built on the old Royal Adelaide Hospital site, the hub host several technology enterprises headquarters such as the Australian Space Agency, the Commonwealth Government department, Machine Learning (an artificial intelligence research institute), the Stone & Chalk start-up hub along with other 45 technology focused enterprises.
