Table Allotments: 
Tables are seated in groups of 10. With a minimum of 10 people required to secure a private table. Individual booking and smaller groups will be seated together to make up a table of 10. Table configurations cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to change. 
IMPORTANT: 
Groups looking to purchase their tickets individually are required to share the same company or group name. Without this information, we cannot guarantee you will be seated together. 
Venue: 
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances the Hotel reserves the right to transfer to another venue. The group contact person will be informed in advance. No monetary compensation will be offered. 

FAQ:
What is included in the cost? 
Included in the ticket price is a cocktail on arrival, 4 course dinner with alternate drop entrée and main, 4.5 hours premium drinks package, and entertainment by the party bands Purple Monkey on 30/11 and 07/12, and SUBSTANCE on 14/12. Plus a FREE Santa photo, that we’ll email you the photo by the end of the night.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? 
All guests must present a ticket to gain entry to the show. (Electronic or hard copy)
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? 
All guests attending the show must be aged 18 years and over. Valid identification must be provided upon entry to the show. 
Can I update my registration information? 
You can update your registration information by logging into Eventbrite. 
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay? 
Tickets will state the company or group name, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. 
What is the refund policy? 
All deposits, payments and tickets are strictly non-refundable and under no circumstances will refunds be issued. In the instance of a reduction in numbers, any payments already made will be forfeited and are not able to be used to offset other costs. 
What is the dress code for the night? 
The dress code for the evening is Cocktail. Dress jeans are acceptable. 
What time can we enter the room? 
You will be allowed entrance to the Ballroom from 7pm. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to wait in Sebastyan’s Bar located on the ground floor. 
What time does the show finish? 
The show formally finishes at 11:30pm, however the band may elect to continue beyond this time. The beverage package will cease being served at 11:30pm. 
What are my transport options getting to the event? 
Public transport is readily available and within a short distance from the Hotel Grand Chancellor. 
What can/can’t I bring to the event? 
No external food or beverage is permitted within the event. 
Can I get a discounted accommodation rate? 
We offer an Executive Room for $180 per night, accommodating up to 2 people, and full breakfast buffet for only $32 per person, per day. Please contact our Reservations Team on +61 (8) 8231 5552 Monday to Friday – business hours or email stay@hgcadelaide.com.au, and quote “Hotel Grand Chancellor Christmas Show”. Discounted rates are subject to availability. 
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions? 
You can contact our Christmas Coordinator on 08 8237 3840 or events@hgcadelaide.com.au, Monday to Friday during business hours.
Will my photo be taken? 
A professional photographer will be present at our Christmas shows. If you prefer not to be photographed or have any concerns, kindly inform our staff as soon as possible. We value your privacy and will accommodate your preferences. By attending the event, you agree to all photos being shared with the event attendees and we may use photos for marketing purposes going forward. Thank you for your understanding.
Santa photos are optional and at the discretion of guests.
Can you cater to dietary requirements?
We cater to most of the dietary requirements if known before. Dietary requirements must be provided at least 14 days prior to the event (full name, table or company name, dietary requirement).

General Terms & Conditions of Entry
The Promoter is Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide, 65 Hindley Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000. Phone Number: +61 (08) 8237 3800.
Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 12:00 pm on 4th November and ends at 11:59 pm on 17th November (ACDT). No entries will be accepted outside of the Promotion Period.
Entry Conditions: Entry into the Promotion is granted only by following @hotelgrandchancelloradelaide on Instagram or Facebook, liking the giveaway post, and tagging someone in the comments. Entry is limited to one per person and multiple entries will be deemed invalid
Eligibility: Entry is open only to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or the Promoter's associated agencies or companies involved in the Promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Entry Validation: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity and age) and may disqualify any individual who is believed to have breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct.
Prize Drawing: The winner will be randomly drawn on 19th November and announced via @hotelgrandchancelloradelaide Instagram and Facebook story.
Prize Claiming: The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.

The total prize value is up to $330 AUD.
The giveaway prize cannot be exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The prize is subject to availability. If the winner is unable to attend any of the two available event nights, the winner may award the prize to a reserve and eligible entrant.
The Promoter is not responsible for any change in the prize value.
The winner and their guest are responsible for any other costs associated with the prize (e.g., transport, additional beverages or meals not included in the package).
The winner and their guest must agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the giveaway, including photography or publicity, without compensation. The winner and guest consent to their names and images being used in promotional material.
If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion, subject to any applicable laws.
